This complements our goal to make MBE the best venue for brokers who want to experience the vibrancy in the market and engage with the widest range of exhibitors representing the major lending channels of the UK lending industry.”

“We are also looking forward to returning to our new home at Manchester Central with its city centre location and excellent facilities which proved to be such a big hit with both exhibitors and visitors”

FIBA Chairman, Adam Tyler, said, “FIBA is announcing the launching of its Annual Conference for 2023 to be held in Manchester once again. It is an ideal opportunity to bring together our membership that has grown every month since we launched five years ago. Manchester Central is establishing itself as the traditional northern home of the MBE with great transport links from all of the UK’s premier cities, which will make it easy for more of our members to attend. Everyone know its has always been a great base for a number of lenders in Specialist Property Finance.”

Adam added, “The focus of the FIBA conference will be on the specialist property finance industry and the increasingly important role that FIBA plays on behalf of members in the sector. We will be concentrating though a series of discussions on how we can all work together for a great 2023, the promotion of the FIBA backed Industry Education Programme and looking at better industry practices. All of this will be happening, whilst providing a great networking opportunity for all of those involved in bridging, development finance, buy to let and commercial mortgage lending. This is a great time of the year to get behind a real positive message for the upcoming year and all of us at FIBA are looking forward to welcoming you to MBE Manchester on the 21st of March.
