MBE has a long established history

Since its launch in 2002, Mortgage Business Expo has grown to become the biggest and most essential meeting place for the financial intermediary market.  MBE is a dedicated event for mortgage practitioners and professionals providing opportunities, forecasts and trends for the UK mortgage and specialist lending markets.

MBE provides a wealth of reasons why visitors feel it’s important to attend and why as an exhibitor you should be part of these annual events. Overall our visitors are interested in a wide range of suppliers, from commercial and residential letting through to IT and development finance.
London was a huge success

London was a huge success

As we head into the next decade, MBE will continue to evolve and in keeping with our commitment to deliver the best possible experience for visitors and exhibitors, MBE London was held at its new home of the Business Design Centre (BDC) to a great welcome from the industry.   The venue boasts some of the best facilities in London with a modern exhibition area with tons of natural light, a dedicated conference zone and excellent travel links and local amenities.   MBE London returns to the BDC on 13th October 2022 - to find out more about MBE London click here and contact Mike to find out how to get involved.

MBE North

As we eased out of lockdown we were permitted by the Government regulations of 17th May to run an event of this size at MBE in Leeds.   It was amazing to be doing business face-to-face and the event was hailed as a great success.  We also had superb seminar content and range of speakers who provided over three hours of CPD for delegates.

MBE in the North is on the move to Manchester in 2022 to deliver a fresh audience and a wealth of new opportunities.   After consultation with our contacts and colleagues we chose Manchester as it
is continuing to see huge investments in both property and infrastructure in 2021.  With a £1billion investment in Manchester airport providing new routes to destinations across the globe and cultural developments across the city, Manchester is diversifying its options.

Currently, there is healthy growth in the property market across the city and house prices are rising as Manchester becomes an ever-more attractive place to live. Developments like the Salford Quays and the extension of the MetroLink tram system have added to this, meaning there’s never been a better time to think about purchasing property in Manchester.
