Mortgage Business Expo 2026
Since its launch in 2002, Mortgage Business Expo has grown to become the biggest and most essential meeting place for the financial intermediary market. MBE is a dedicated event for mortgage practitioners and professionals providing opportunities, forecasts and trends for the UK mortgage and specialist lending markets.
MBE provides a wealth of reasons why visitors feel it’s important to attend and why exhibitors should be part of these annual events. Overall our visitors are interested in a wide range of suppliers, from commercial and residential letting through to tech, IT and development finance.
The 2025 London Expo saw an increase of 7% on the 2024 attendance, with the Northern Expo remaining constant. Both Expos were fantastic with exhibitors and visitors alike reporting very worthwhile days.
The Broker Awards - North West 2026
The Broker Awards: North West - in association with The Intermediary - celebrate the talent that drives the region’s property finance market. The awards are designed to be accessible to brokers of all sizes and to recognise the work you do to support your local community.
The Awards take place at MBE North on 9th July 2026 at Manchester Central. The event will bring together brokers, lenders, distributors and industry partners for an afternoon dedicated to recognising outstanding work across the region’s mortgage and specialist finance market.
The ceremony is designed to run alongside the MBE North exhibition. Guests will have the opportunity to attend the show, connect with lenders and exhibitors, and then join the awards for networking and celebration.
